"Christopher sent me (texted me) the picture above of himself in the dungeon where he sleeps as a homeless man, and two voice messages. I will try to see if I can upload the voice files here, but, I did not like the tone of the voice that a man I could hear on the background had towards Chris, especially when that is taking place where he sleeps, where he has the little amount of personal belongings that he has. The business that allows Christopher to stay there, under a stairs in a semi-open space on the lower floor, meaning a small area going into a locked basement, knows that Chris stays there. My concern is that I do not know if that man around Christopher this morning or yesterday (I have yet to try to ask Chris and see if he can tell me something that can be understood, because of his cognitive disability & inability to communicate properly) was a police man, or a total stranger to Christopher. But, I am currently in Oregon (the State), headed to Washington State tomorrow for a different work function (I'm a commercial truck driver), thus, it is very difficult for me to check on him at a long distance, especially because I cannot trust the incompetence of local authorities and government agencies in Athens, Tennessee, due to the fact that they do not properly take care of homeless people like Christopher with a mental disability, nor do they properly train their government officials nor citizens to deal properly with people with disabilities, and added to that when they themselves are the culprit of the abuses themselves against Americans with Disabilities.

Update on Chris:
"I called the Athens, TN Police Dpt Yesterday, around 7:04 PM (Western Time), to see if they could do a "Wellness Check" on Chris, and the dispatch agent/lady was super nice & helpful, and by the time I finished talking to her, in a matter of a few minutes, she had a police office on the phone with me and checking on Christopher, per my directions on where he stays. The police officer was very nice and kind too, and checked on Chris whom was doing okay."
